About Us

Find out what we're all about.

The Alliance for Longevity Initiatives Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to educating the public, supporting patients, and convening the field to advance the science of healthy aging.

Our Mission

Why the Foundation Exists.

Age-related disease is the single largest driver of mortality, disability, and healthcare cost in the United States. The science of healthy aging has advanced more in the last decade than in the previous half-century — but the institutions, regulations, and public conversation built to deliver those advances have lagged behind.

The A4LI Foundation closes that gap. We educate the public on the biology and policy of healthy aging. We connect patients with serious age-related illness to licensed treatment facilities and trustworthy information. We convene the investors, scientists, and operators driving the field forward. And we produce the original research that puts healthy aging on the national policy agenda.
